Justin, are you reading this announcement right?? The relevant interest has DECREASED by 1 million shares. This means the big holders are starting to pull out already, IN THE MIDDLE of the takeover offer.

If you cannot see the downside risk in holding FAS right now, then I really wonder what research you have done at all. Please enlighten us - what is it that FAS has that makes its market cap worth it.

I will tell you outright. All FAS has is a substantial shareholder with a holding in a company with a valuable asset. That is all. The price has always been pumped on the assumption that Doutch would eventually obtain GWR for the shareholders of FAS.

See? Unlike the FAS proponents I've laid it all out for you. Feel free to ask any questions regarding the takeover and I will answer you with analysis rather than ramble on with senseless metaphors.

If the FAS takeover fails now, it will never recover. You should have seen the nervous looks on the people in the FAS camp at the GWR AGM. They know it, we know it. Now to see how many sweeteners the insiders can offer to major shhs in GWR. By the way the minority shareholders don't get a slice of the commissions, the future "advisory" fees etc etc

Mate if the takeover fails, there goes approximately half or more of FAS' existing cash reserves. Do you honestly believe that FAS will be able to raise any more money in this market given their performance thus far??

The fees they have undertaken to pay IF they get the takeover through are atrocious by themselves. $40+ MILLION to pay - just to complete the takeover. That is before any drilling. Before any feasibility study. FAS will be raising money JUST TO PAY TAKEOVER FEES... Then it will have to raise even more to actually advance the project.

There is a reason why FAS proponents are so vocal on the GWR thread. Check my post history on why the best situation to profit from both FAS and GWR in the future is to sell FAS and buy GWR. Gives you exposure only to the upside in both companies.

    Hope that helps,
    UIO
