he hasn't sold one share. Tamarind have increased their holding and become a substantial holder (which in my opinion is good) and diluted DB and the rest of us to a lesser percentage so he has to declare that his percentage is now under the statutory percentage and is not longer a substantial holder, but his holding is still the same number of shares. Not an issue. If DB was selling shares then we should all be concerned.
