The total area covered by the MLA’s is approximately 18 km², with single ML’s limited to 10km² in size.

I find this interesting: 18km² have been applied for 2 seperate lics as each mine lic can only cover 10km²

so isnt vrc only explored 4% of their 2000km² tenement - can see VRC exploding in TGC % and resource size in coming years even months - remember wasnt PFS only based on 20% of the known resource?? this could easily scale into a multi billion NPV operation once they start on known numbers will be very profitable but if they explore and find more well $$$ happy share holders...
