Just a couple points on your rundown;
Steven Xu was appointed to the board by current board, both parties in favor of him, not just Beasley as you mention. He's aligned to all as I see it.
Tbh Beasley did have 1st mover & made no growth, that was proven, next to no anns & SP at IPO price after 6 months.
Current board taken risks of new appointee's & expansion in Canada & paying off so far.
Agree Beasley more respected & professional team.
Will the $20M acqisition fall over if new board appointed?
Will will be set back 6 months with new strategies?
Will we find out how/why Andrew Beehag left?
Such a pity couldn't just add 2 new directors to current board, if they got along, could strengthen THC, wishful thinking.
