Might be good to sell some of your shares/options...doesnt have to be one or the other. If it comes good you will still make a killing, if not then you have preserved some funds at least.
Like everyone I'm down, but i didnt risk as much. There is little benefit to selling out now even a bit, so might as well wait it out in case it comes good.
The big unknown now is where is the money for finishing Well 2 coming from?
