Freeport-McMoRan CEO told Congo mine can go ahead

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Congo President Joseph Kabila personally assured Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold that the company's huge copper/cobalt mining project in the country will not be canceled, its chief executive said on Wednesday.
