Now that the Regulations are known we’re able to proceed with finalising construction arrangements?! I wasn’t aware of this but it is a positive development and a step in the right direction — I feel like we hit a wall of uncertainty after the Regs were published. Hopefully we will see some progress and a steady flow of news over the next month or two.
