I agree with your(Nenner) prediction for the intermediate term. I believe that the .25% rate cut on Tuesday night is a given and I also believe that the US punters have been a bit nervious and have not fully factored it in yet but will when it is announced. Although, I think 14300 might a bit ambitious. I have a long term short view on this market, but also believe that we will have a mini Santa Rally which could spill over into January. After that I believe we will either be flat or retreat and that the 10-15% correction is well on the cards. As a result, I have temporarily removed my shorts (not a pretty sight) with the intention on reinstating them in January.
