As i said in the post my friend ..
" Even if the legislation were changed , we cant possibily build enough houses " . Lets make it clear and simple .I hope the lgislation is dropped completely , its in my personal interest that it is scrapped .However , no matter what government is in power this is highly unlikely .
As for Melbournes property market falling ( in any catogeory ) thats simply untrue . NSW took a fall , from extreme highs , WA is most probably over priced , the approx business break up down the Eastern seaboard is Q ( 24% ) Nsw (31%) Melb ( 27 % ), working taking into account the geographical size of each State , emplyment options and health of the various ecconomies one would sumise that
Melbournes would be the logical choice . Anyhow makes little difference what I might say ..this is whats already happening .
I was involved in the market in '89 , and Im still here in 2007 .
