Bullets under 'next steps'appear to be in chrono. order, with Epanko regs framework obvious priority and "UFK" application final item.
Recall KfW board meet once/month for their approvals so timing of Epanko framework terms a matter of luck in regard to speed of their sign-off. Construction details may need tidying up specifically for "UFK" submission but possibly a work in progress in parallel with gov talks. Pretty sure anything AS can do to expedite matters is being done.
