The thing that makes me feel uneasy , why did Big give Finstro about 3million shares for there services , wouldn’t finstro look at Big as a client to there business ,
If I was a business needing finance for my clients , I will have a business relationship with the likes of a finance broker like money 3 pepper finance to do
My finance deals , I wouldn’t give them anything , on the contrary I will expect some kind of commission , which I do get , since I own a car yard

So In Big case why give shares out , finstro should be dining the big management for giving them business , as a big thankyou not the other way around

This makes me feel uneasy , and I ask what % of big business has been generated by finstro,

Just makes me feel the quality of earnings is less .

And why would Big do a in house finance thing , it means they want to take on all the risk ?
