Yeah - Trent26 found some info on their website (found a few posts before this) and below is a copy from the Luanda presentation found this on the Sonangol website:

"Sonangol, E.P., as the national concessionaire of the mining rights for exploration, development and production of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons in Angola, hereby announces its intention, to launch a licensing round before the end of year 2007, for the blocks named below:
Block Centro (Cabinda Onshore);
Blocks 11 and 12 (Kwanza Onshore)
Block 9 (Shallow water);
Blocks 19, 20 e 21 (Deepwater);
Blocks 46, 47 e 48 (Ultra ultra deepwater).

Aiming to provide the oil industry with information on the technical characteristics and the oil potential of the Blocks that will be licensed, Sonangol will be realizing a Roadshow in Luanda on October 12 th 2007."


PSA is to be updated on the 13th December 07 (this Thursday) as stated on the website ... one would assume they will have announced the new members of the PSA by that date.
