This kind of action occurs regularly on ASX listed micro caps - just look at VLA for one last month. Motivations vary, but it is always about control. With only 6% with the largest sh, there's no way Beasley has the numbers - yet.

Incumbents don't step aside because they believe they hold the moral high ground (ie doing the job they were elected to do), the agitator hasn't got the numbers to change the status quo and this spill motion will be defeated.

Beasley's pedigree as a banker is unquestioned. But this aint no bank.

Equally, Beasley's personal experience of a health condition that may be managed with MC does not confer qualifications to run an MC company.
