I've been holding this thing for five years, almost to the day. Out of five years probably three have been spent in the waiting room. That's Peru. If we have a new permit in ten days from now (as the new regs appear to indicate) I'll strip naked, climb in my wheelie bin and speed down the steep hill I'm living on singing 'shine on you crazy diamond'.
