8. GetSwift confirms that as per the WSJ Article, the Company has retained Eversheds
Sutherland (US) LLP as legal advisor, and is in the process of appointing a US based
investment bank to evaluate any potential proposals.
It looks like a TO offer may be on the cards at least. Hopefully that should help the SP once it starts trading again.
