Im led to believe there had been conflict between a group of Chinese investors and the board.

Im seems that Talbot was in some way over powered by these investors and thus decided to walk -> as they had more power then he. How you may ask - or what consititues power? Well, number of shares owned i guess...

So how many do these people have?

Talbot had 11mn. Maybe these guys have 15mn? Maybe 20mn?...


I think Broome knew he didnt have the numbers so walked. The major SH must have been the Chinese.

I think this all bodes very well.

Within the next month im sure everything will be revealed - i d be dissapointed if things werent (revealed that is)
