You and Xray brought the main questions up to the point.
Things may be all OK, but they have not been communicated to us shareholders.
The comments here clearly show that the last announcement has created a lot of uncertainty.
Both sides for selling and for keeping invested have a point.
Xray, I believe it is Nick's responsibility to clear/answer the open questions to loyal shareholders. It is not up to each shareholder to contact Nick or the company to find out what happens with our company.
I believe a shareholder presentation covering the following details would be a good start:
Who is Mr Suzuki, can we know more about his career and business interest?
What is Slim-Pack? What broadcasting rights does the company have? The company exists only a few months, so we need to know more.
What are the details of the content that we gain through Slim-Pack?
What are the details of the premium content that we cannot use anymore from CCSTV? Are the legal issues locally in Brazil and can be remedied or are that international rules set by the original content provider?
Nick should give us an assessment of the deals and recent developments and the impact he believes the events have on the company. ...
Everyone have a good start into the new week.
