They may not have known how the article was going to be worded but I agree. My first thought was wow the board and mgmt have let us down as this had been telegraphed since the December AFR and they should have had the release ready to go. Incompetence over conspiracy theory is usually correct. Lesson learned, they're playing in the big leagues. Hope the new director their seeking will fill the gap in their knowledge.
