I am for investigative journalism and keeping companies honest with truthful reporting, but imho, and with many, many others, this definitely appears to be reaching too far and rehashing old info. This has not only damaged a lot of people's portfolios, mine included, but also put my faith in these type of publications in jeopardy.

Just FYI - I'd put lawsuit probabilities at 20 for/80 against. Hurdles will be too high and if he was simply reporting factually with no ulterior motive then he has nothing to worry about.

I honestly hope you aren't being strung along here by others Mr Schapiro. I also think others on HC and Twitter should moderate their language and stop threatening someone doing their job.

The facts will come out - let's make a decision then. Until then, keep your cool and act accordingly.
