This is sadly the problem @Kristian333

The information is coming from everywhere except officially from TV2U. Just call TV2U and whomever answers the phone will serve you the pie of the day, but of course this is "just between us", "nothing official yet", "making sure the ASX is happy" (whatever that is, I am sure the ASX has someone standing over Nick's shoulder stopping him from stating basic facts to investors).

How can anyone buy the story that Mr Suzuki/Slim Pack, who have been in business for barely 2 months, has licensed more channels than CCS TV who has 90 channels (including all the majors and mandatory channels) and been in business for 20 years?

We know who CCS TV customers are. Who are Slim Pack's current customers for which these licenses have been negotiated? Or have they negotiated them and are just sitting there waiting for someone like Nick to show up and ask for them?

The time it takes to negotiate these agreements/licenses is way longer than the existence of Slim Pack. You have to provide pricing, volumes, quality and reliability commitments, etc. to negotiate rates. That Mr Suzuki intends to negotiate agreements and acquire more channels is another story. He can and will certainly do so, just needs time.

That the 20 additional channels have value to the customer and will dramatically impact the TV2U business in Brazil is also another story. Is it a deal breaker if we can't provide you with the Poetry Channel?

There may be a lot of truth there or it's all hype. We simply don't know. The only way to know is for a formal, simple, clear, truthful statement from TV2U. And spare me the "trying to keep the ASX happy".

Look at companies like Botanix (BOT) and see how regularly and effectively they communicate with their shareholders. The ASX isn't holding them!
