The vast majority of people in the world have things in there past they would like to forget about. Some learning comes from past mistakes......
I'm happy with his performance. I like that he reconciled with his son and set about helping him find his way in the world. I like that in the interviews I've seen he allows Brandon to take the credit and he appears as an encouragement and support figure.

I'm not questioning his role for BIG up until now. He has indeed done an outstanding job to grow BIG.

Whether he's a good daddy or not however isn't really relevant when it comes to corporate considerations.
