    According to the quarterly rpt, the 3D seismic survey timing is dependent on JV agreement and then on regulatory approvals.

    Seeing as no reports have been submitted to the regulatory body, it is safe to assume that the JV is still negotiating the 3D Seismic work.

    FFS how long can it take to come to an agreement! They have had since September 2017! That is close to 6months......
