    @eskimo_joe Good questions. For the rest... I'm happy to take the heat, I'm not hater just very familiar with the space.


    The point on the competitors and Amazon are two separate points. On the competitor landscape; whilst money helps, building good routing and dispatch technology takes time and its complex and its not a problem where the more money you throw at it the better the tech gets exponentially it helps but also take time and customers. These companies quoted have been perfecting algorithms for years and this is demonstrated by their performance.

    @eskimo_joe on the CBA comment; I meant to include food but left that sentence out accidentally; you are correct this would be the only vertical I can imagine that would uptake such technology. However, what I was intending to add is that most independent restaurants don't own their drivers as the cost to serve doesn't add up hence why a lot have gone to the likes of Deliveroo albeit that they wish they didn't have to. Thus, whilst you may have local food chains with CBA and their may be a possible need for such tech please tell me where the drivers come from. The fundamental challenges of food delivery still exist. Moreover, an integration with a third party marketplace or tool is not a deal its a channel when a customer chooses to engage with that tool that becomes the deal. Does Xero count every marketplace its in as automatically millions of downloads or installs?


    Ill have to acknowledge that the Amazon comment is speculation but I really do doubt it. On the NA williams deal, as far as I know GS has admitted this is an 'umbrella reseller deal'. Am I wrong on this?
