In full sincerity, and before you start slinging insults I suggest you look into the meaning of shareholder value ie don't confuse it with short term share price performance. Admittedly turning $10 into $1.30 is not an ideal outcome for shareholders, but MSB doesn't make the market. MSB is getting on with its core business - unfortunately time to market is proving to have a significant dilutive effect on the SP through continued capital raising. You don't have to join the cheerleaders, but nor do you need to piss on their party and denigrate them for showing some passion.
