Electrolyte and Separators are always designed and optimized based on Cathode Anode pair as well as end application (higher energy and higher power). With new solid state designs this goes beyond complexity. So Yes ONE CERTAINLY need to develop and then deploy. Working with commercially mature company allow the scale up fast.
