    It says an App 3B for a pro rata issue must be given at the same time an issue of securities is announced? The issue to FC wasn't a pro rate issue. Happy to be corrected if I'm missing something else, but I still think the ASX announcement of the FC deal should have mentioned that the company would be issuing shares to FC under the deal.
