If you read the announcement it will tell you this,
If they do not raise money, call in the receivers.
I they do not raise the money to cover the Pearls and launch costs, there is no business.
From my point of view it will be a tall order to make money as the segment is already covered by existing satellite operations. Read the webpage of the Universal Cyberlinks satellite antenna and service provider.
