I agree with that comment. I too feel they should have secured funding earlier, however I do feel they are still able to secure funding.

Unfortunately the fact that they haven't got funding yet is not and indication that they are not capable of securing funding at all.
SAS team were in Australia 2 weeks ago meeting with potential instos and the likes, if any of those meetings were successful then we would certainly hear about it in the next few weeks.
