Lot's of "nothing to see here move along people" comments from BIG holders, but BIG secretly handed over millions of dollars worth of shares in a shady deal with their financing company for "services rendered".
What "services rendered" do you get from a financing company? Debt. Lots and lots of Debt.
So just how much debt of BIG does the financing company currently hold? And would it be in their best interests to cover it up to try and keep the share price high now they are not just arms length providers but are actually financially invested in the company?
