The other concern is we're almost midway through Feb. and our MOU with Westgold for exclusive toll treatment negotiations for Jubilee mill expired on Dec. 27th. 7 days prior to gaining final approvals.

I hope to see an announcement soon to quell my fears, but after experiencing lengthy delays in one of my other stocks with similar issues, it's no wonder I'm a little nervous.

Just had a read of the ERL quarterly. They did not give a glowing review of their Burbanks experience. Might not be so bad for us to forgo Burbanks TT.

Hopefully the Westgold deal materializes.

In the meantime, I keep on buying at these lows.
