Can understand mortgage broker for sure as I never really understood the service they provided ie i got a home loan three years back and did my own research to find out more then the uselees MB that I had intended to use. MB basically look for suckers that they kill with the back end fees which they take out forever - will be glad to c back of them.
Blockchain will have its day for sure but I dont think all middle men services will be gone - just those whose sole business model is based on most people being lazy gits who cant research and spend time themselves - mortgage broking the perfect example - they exist for sub prime loans and you know if youre in that category you gonna get screwweed.
