“MNS hasn’t not failed at anything!” - You’re actually joking, right? The Tanz mining legislation changes are not the reason Nachu hasn’t progressed. What about the company’s failure to deliver binding offtakes agreements for a project from it claimed it could produce and sell 240ktpa? The bar is set very low if signing a few MOUs for battery gigafactories is the measure of success.
