What did the framing for the interior walls cost?
How long did it take?
Was there any wastage in bricks or framing?
Did you have any bricks left over?
Did it take any time to organise and manage the humans who laid the bricks and did the framing for the interior walls?
If the sparkies and plumbers could've come in with pre made/pre cut lengths of everything would that have been better than the sparkies and plumbers doing everything the normal bespoke way.
Did the sparkies and plumbers have any wastage?
Was there any delays or any time spent talking to the suppliers of the framing for the walls?
If you didn't have human brick layers and humans putting up the timber frames would that lower the work cover costs?
And I can't believe you haven't answered why you think you are smarter than housing companies who have $12 billion in revenue. I accept you might have a good answer for this, but please provide it.
