‘One third (1/3rd) of all Performance Shares held by the Holder as at the Issue Date shall convert upon the Company entering into revenue generating agreements in respect of Syntonic DataFlex® (including the white-label version of the product sold by partners) with 50 businesses within a period of 24 months from Settlement,’

It says revenue generating.
