Technically you may be right, however, the pub test is probably more important.
I could be wrong but I reckon Labor will enjoy any stonewalling by Joyce and the
Coalition generally particularly if more negative stuff keeps dripping out. If a change in Nationals leader occurs that would basically be the end of the matter and it will soon be forgotten. Labor will want Barnaby to be there right up to the next election. As Deputy or Acting PM while under the pressure of the legalities involved in an acrimonious family split and the responsibilities to two families it will likely take a toll on Joyces performance. It's not a good recipe!
