We did the same in March 2017 and raised $2,459,250 at an issue price of $0.0075 per share via the issue of 327,900,000 fully paid ordinary shares (Placement). Subscribers under the Placement were also granted a free attaching option on a 1 for 2 basis with an exercise price of $0.01 per option expiring on 31 May 2020. Sanlam Private Wealth Pty Ltd (Sanlam) acted as Lead Manager to the Placement. and received 18M options and was paid 6% of what was raised.
This time no mention of a broker or brokerage fees paid ?
