picastoc; I'm unaware of anyone on this forum going into bat for Bill Shorten, Julia Gillard or Bob Hawke in the manner we're witnessing on this thread alone with Barnaby Joyce.
Shorten has been labelled everything from a union creep to a rapist on this forum with unsubstantiated allegations being constantly regurgitated as if they're factual. Posters like eagle888 and myself have correctly pointed out that, as any responsible and fair-minded person should do.
What's getting RIGHT up the nostrils of the self- RIGHT eous is that one of their own has been caught with Joyce's lady-friend's pants down with him squealing like a cut pig as questions are asked including those about jobs for the lady he's allegedly impregnated.
It seems that the pain of disgraced icons of institutions such as the Catholic Church and political icons such as Joyce is a cross too great for reactionary petunias trolling in glass houses to bear.
