Thx for the tag & seeing was over here, will reply here.

Firstly as I said in my post, credit to Mgmt for getting to this phase and will be interesting to see how this now unfolds.
As for fluff – more general term I guess but I don't see too much more new and detailed content that isn't really already known. Maybe that is just me & others see differently which is their want.

If you can be bothered highlighting the new and detailed info, that would be interesting.

I do see some expansion on what is known so far which is good but fluff is things like the profitability is falling diagram. Looks pretty 15 years, 5 years and now on a downward curving line – what are the hard numbers? That picture is just that, a picture with a statement. Not doubting for a moment it's falling, but maybe a little relevant hard data goes a long way to back it up. Is it 2%, 5%, 50% fall?

The spelling, grammar etc did not imply they couldn't run a business (as you put it), it merely implied as I said, that for a company involved in compliance, data integrity and input to not have a spot on presso just lacked a little more care imo.

I agree with you that the focus should be on their main activities but really, this is a mkting doc as you point out and as a potential investor I look at things like that as it stands out whether someone within the business takes the extra 5 mins to review – pretty much all it took me to see these things through the doc.

Chart, again agree with you re being selective to mkt or highlight current SP situation and the first chart would achieve that. What I pointed out was the second baseline chart prob wasn't needed and if included (as it was), then show the true nature of a baseline for it's trading period not a skewed snapshot, that's all. You can see how a baseline changes when TF changed hence why I gave the 2 versions. A std candle or bar chart doesn't change the representation, merely shows you the SP going up, down or sideways in the given window.

You yourself pointed out that people can see SP history on a chart, so why bother with the baseline, first chart achieves the recent SP purpose cleanly.

    1. CBA does not need to let Intiger name it publicly in asx; but it does so.
    why?

    Refer my post https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/30921076/single

Why? Simply because it appears essentially CBA “does” have to let IAM name them “if” IAM release a mkt Ann around Agreements, MOU's, LoIs etc. The counter party needs to be advised as per List Rule 3.1.

If CBA said no naming then IAM potentially may not be able to release the ANN as I read it.

This could poss also be traced back to the earlier “naming issue” they had, the material agreement and the subsequent naming of NAB. Maybe they were doing some toe dipping with NAB (tick), got a little overzealous, made an ANN then realised they have to name the counter party yet NAB didn't want that? Hence why all appeared to fall by the wayside. NAB not even mentioned in the Licensee examples in the presso now – CBA, ANZ, AMP, Westpac etc – no NAB? Just a thought, no more no less.

CBA may be involved by association initially as Bodhi pointed out in a diff post the subs managed independently (but obv report to CBA) & the 2 Deeds are with subsidiaries of CBA and CBA only has a LoI which I still maintain imo are quite diff docs. The outcomes may (and hopefully positively for SH's) be the same when all is completed but at the front end they are diff otherwise just do 3 Deeds. Question should be asked why the LoI & not Deed?

What I am saying here is that the 2 subs want to give the pilot a crack (tick for SH's / IAM), CBA happy for them to do that (tick), IAM want to Ann that but will mean CBA may or may not have to be named essentially as owner of the subs under rule 3.1 so you get 2 stronger Deeds and a more watered down initial LoI with CBA to meet all requirements for everyone. Doesn't mean CBA won't pilot, just saying potentially diff way of seeing it, same as Bodhi's alternative view.
Anyway, best luck for all in their invest strategies.

Chuck a couple charts up next
