BTCS merger, page-77

I hear your sentiment on Charles Allen, it did appear that dedication to the situation was lacking and could have been do to other things on the go with GBV.

I do believe that Marathon and BTCS will do a deal, MARA being on the Nasdaq offers much more opportunity for C.A than letting BTCS finish up imo especially because of the acquisition of GBV.

I was across these talks last year but my attention was drawn back to it when BGL started making moves at GTG. Heights capital is the investment manager to CVI investments who has 138 M shares in GTG

This lead me to Heights Capital management and under mergers and acquisitions lists Marathon Patent Group on November 2, interestingly after BGL $1m went to btcs.

Clicking on Marathon in the above link then took me to this page that goes through the workings of GBV and MARA where it explains the miners purchased etc.

My take is there is a good chance (i) and yes I am still invested. It’s a good trading shell with possibly of bigger things at play.
BGL is working on a strategic alliance with GTG who is invested in by Heights Capital (investment arm of Susquehanna https://sig.com/)
Heights Capital also invested in MARA, my speculation is merger or acquisition to come and that’s why I continue to hold. Too many connections to ignore imo.

My main interest is around where BGL is involved so DCC is a main focus around this in the sector but, if there are lines to be drawn between companies involved in the space my speculation will will continue.

All imo, I hope this makes clear where I’m coming from.
