I feel like i'm missing something and need a bit of understanding. I have a small parcel of SRX shares which i am still holding since the mid teens. I don't understand why there is still a strong buy indication at current price of $27.75, why would people want to buy shares at this price if the takeover offer is $28 ? The gain (assuming it goes through is less than 1% on their investment), are people believing there could be a potential higher offer as the takeover is only going to happen (if it does) in May. What am i missing ? Thanks
