    I agree with your sentiments.

    For those shareholders that are worried about Beasley’s intentions in bringing the EGM but equally worried about Mutton and his group’s proper governance, why not make XU your proxy and let him cast your vote based on what he knows is happening in the management arena...

    Being one of the major shareholders in THC, it is obviously in XU’s best interests to ensure that the best team is selected for management of the company.

    Proxy XU to vote on your behalf.
