Q: I understand that QBL own a 55% stake in Medical Cannabis (MCL) and that MCL is selling a number of hemp products under the Vitahemp name. On the 27th October the company put out a an announcement: "Anticipated Cashflow from MCL Investment" in which it talks about expected significant cashflow and that "We look forward to near term cashflow during this financial year and beyond resulting from QBL's 55% interest in MCL"

How will the cashflow that MCL receives be recorded by QBL?
A: Information will appear in the consolidated results of the half-yearly in mid march, and then the annual results reported in September.

Q: Will the cashflow appear in the quarterlies for example?

A: Yes

Q: Why is the granting of the MM licence taking so long?

A: The company is working together with the ODC to get the licenses and that process is still ongoing and progressing well. There were a number of matters in the company's business plan that the ODC has requested clarification for which are currently being dealt with by the company. We are confident that the relevant licenses will be granted accordingly in due course.

Hi Neil.

Does Canntab have to go through a trial period before it can release it products on the market and if so how long does it anticipate this will take?

If export licences are to be distributed in March is there any way of knowing if QBL will be getting one and does QBL need a full mm licence before they import export canntabs full range of medication as per deal?

Just wondering if these questions will be answered Neil? Usually you guys take about 48hrs to reply and haven’t seen a response. Cheers.
