I 'll admit I am a relative newbie but as i see it selling now would be a good option as there is only around 1% difference to the $28.00 offer. If they pull the offer the price will certainly retreat to pre TO pricing at which you can buy back in.
Seems for only a 1% additional gain is really worth the risk/opportunity to by back in if the TO is not successful.
Is a counter offer the only real risk for me?
