Sally, I own both Clq and Auz. There's no way Auz are 3 years behind.
Auz production is scheduled for q4 2019. Even if Clq started now that's 18 months.
But Clq can't start now, they don't have a mining license.
There's nothing wrong. The MD is overseas for a start. We think he's in Korea.
These kind of deals don't get signed off over lunch.
And as per ASX rules Auz had to go into a trading halt the moment they had an agreement. I.e. They don't have to have signed all the contracts. Once they have market info they have to halt.
And then they follow through with the contracts.
If indeed Auz have secured funding in the deal then it would have become hugely complicated with both companies finance auditors, legal teams, boards, etc.
Just sit back and relax.
