Don't do it!!! As you say, given the history and history has a tendency of repeating, the chances seem low.

But I simply haven't bothered to research the company and technology and I would be very happy if someone could do the research and tell me that miracles sometimes do happen. Long ago I discounted the value of the shares (in my mind at least) to zero. So perhaps it is worth investing a little time to understand an alternate possibility.
