Crystal Ball Gazing again ! You obviously have not got a clue on modern construction methods. This is a zinc concentrate plant not an LNG Plant the whole thing can be built in a fabrication yard in China floated to site and bolted together. The power plant for instance will be built and floated to site in one piece ready to be fired up IMHO anyone saying 2022 is the earliest is downramping or clueless! Even more so if they do not hold!
