I hate to say this but you are sounding a little like one of these investment property "guru's" (or dare I say it a religious fanatic). "You guys won't necessarily be able to understand what's going on (because you are not an insider or you're just too dumb), but trust me it will all make sense in the end". Yeah sure!!!!
Okay, so you have some inside information that you cannot divulge because you are too important for us plebes, but how about you give us a hypothetical situation which might, in some small way, justify the recent activities of BPT such as issuing paper and diluting shareholders value, while at the same time paying a dividend.
