Mate, c’mon...

First – the pic of Ian Jones of Noetic Synergy was dated 7 Feb 2008 – 10 years ago. May be I should have stated this.

Second – I don’t see how BPG BOD will get locked up. My sentiment is changing between good/bad/good. This muck up with SoarLabs has definitely not ideal, but at least BPG seem to be in a much stronger legal position than SoarLabs – I’m a fair bit more comfortable with this now than before the latest announcement, and believe BPG are making the best out of a bad situation. If anything, that pic should have the comments “SoarLabs BOD” IMO.



My main concern, per this thread, is that there’s very little information available on Noetic Synergy, yet on their website they claim to have an out-of-the-box Crypto Currency exchange, which can be spun up by April. It seemed almost too convenient, almost suspicious that BPG found a cheaper, faster, and replacement for SoarLabs which us SH found out about just after finding out that the SoarLabs deal was off...

OK take that at face value, then you head over to the Noetic Synergy website and it’s (IMO) not that impressive, but it suggests they have out of the box crypto exchanges... but a lack of information, no mention of previous clients etc.

OK then, take that at face value, then you take a look at the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, or try find him on social media, hoping for an extensive network of clientele..., nada. ‘Ian Jones’ starts to ring alarm bells, very generic name, hard to find who this guy is, does he/the company actually exist?

I’m fully aware that Malaysians don’t necessary use LinkedIn, nor may not have such a big social network presence, so it’s not necessarily the end of... BPG, but it didn’t look good.

So then, thankfully @Star1702 provided those attachments as post above (and see below), and now we’ve got a bit more info about Noetic Synergy and ‘Ian Jeremy Jones’, now you can find a bit more... I’m grateful he is real and the information available makes this Noetic Synergy venture much more plausible IMO. I’m less concerned about the validity of Noetic and will continue to post more information from what research I can do.
