Ok.. this is complete speculation, but I’m just putting it out there, we have had very little news from new board and no updates on the upcoming drilling program (which is very odd) don’t you think? why is that? It’s mid feb already.
What we do know is that Klaus and the board are looking for a value accredited acquisition (as found in announcement) we know Klaus has very deep pockets along with his friends... could we get a sudden trading holt with a very large acquisition, something is going on here I’m sure.
Klaus and team has taken control of a very good undervalued cheap clean shell company... for what? I’m sure the current assets will be moving forward into the future... but is something even more significant going on here?
We are currently at enterprise value of around 9-10mil... with big potential in front
