With respect goarmy MW is not, and has never been the captain of the IAM ship. He is an investor who facilitated IAMs public listing and negotiated a seat on the board as part of the deal. He resigned that position last year and since then other than holding a lot more shares than us he's no different from you and I. He's a share market investor, he's looking for a profit and he's made one. Other than facilitating the RTO he has contributed nothing to the business and is therefore no loss to it in my opinion.
